Every product manufactured by BFM Europe Ltd is made to the highest specification and quality standards to provide a lifetime of efficient and safe heating for your home. As with any appliance, regular servicing is necessary to keep it in prime working order, which is why an annual service with change of oxy-pilot assembly is a condition of our guarantee.
Your installation and annual service must be carried out by a qualified Gas Safe Register engineer. You will find many qualified gas engineers in your local telephone directory. Alternatively, you can contact our Service Call Centre and we can recommend service engineers in your area.
In the unlikely event of a problem between services, and providing the conditions of our guarantee have been complied with, just call us on 01782 339008* and we will arrange for an engineer to solve the problem free of charge.
Our helpful Service Call Centre staff will ask you to provide the following details;
- fire model number,
- fire serial number,
- date of installation, or age of product if over 12 months old,
- your full name and address including post code and contact telephone number.

The Service Call Centre opening hours are 8.45am til 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am til 4pm on Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
